Eligibility criteria
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Vermont, under 19 years of age or be a primary care giver with a child under the age of 19 or be pregnant, not covered by health insurance (including Medicaid), a US national, citizen, legal alien, or permanent resident, and you must have an annual household income before taxes of less than $27,931 if one person lives in the household; $37,471 if two people live in the household; $47,011 if three people live in the household; $56,551 if four people live in the household; $66,091 if five people live in the household; $75,631 if six people live in the household; $85,171 if seven people live in the household; $94,711 if eight people live in the household; $104,251 if nine people live in the household; $113,791 if 10 people live in the household; $123,331 if 11 people live in the household; $132,871 if 12 people live in the household; and $142,411 if more than 12 people live in the household.

Vermont's Dr. Dynasaur offers health care insurance for eligible Vermont children, teenagers up to 18, and pregnant women.
