WHO WE ARE
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is an agency of the U.S. Department of the Interior with responsibility for managing more than 262 million surface acres of America's public lands and their natural resources primarily in twelve Western states. The agency is also responsible for administering 700 million acres of sub-surface mineral estate throughout the nation. Visit our National Web Page today!

This web site contains a photo library of BLM digital images. It was designed to provide a service to other federal agencies, the general public and non-profit organizations. All images may be downloaded free of charge. To download a photo to your hard drive, open up the larger version of the photo and right click and "save picture as" or "save image as". For Macintosh hold down the ctrl key while clicking on the picture and "download image to disk" or "save this image as".
