Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) Western Federal Lands works closely with county, state, and Federal Land Management Agencies in repairing and restoring federally owned roads damaged by natural disasters or catastrophic failures in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) was established in July 1977 and is authorized under Title 23, United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 125(e). ERFO's mission is to provide funding and engineering services to restore access to public lands. Downloads:
