Program Director in the Division of Elementary, Secondary, and Informal, Education, Directorate for Education and Human Resources, the National Science Foundation. This involves recommending the funding of proposals in several programs: Centers for Learning and Teaching; Instructional Materials Development, and Teacher Enhancement. Primary area of interest is the applications of information and education technology to teaching and learning.

Director, Blair Magnet Program in Montgomery County, MD, a 9-12 specialized High School, 1985-1992. Asst. Professor of Computer Science, Towson University, 1982-1985. Teacher, Department of Defense Schools-Germany, 1976-1979, science, math, arts, counseling-all levels 8-12. Teacher, Montgomery County Public Schools, 1968-1976, science and mathematics-all levels 8-12. Have served on various national committees (ACM), state certification board (MD), past president of the National Assoc. of Specialized Secondary Schools and of an NEA affiliate. Publications and presentations have been part of all work.
