PSIPS: Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences stores large sequence listings and supporting tables of granted and/or published U.S. patent applications. Shorter sequences (<300 pages) are included in the U.S. patent text databases and not in this system.

RAM: Revenue Accounting and Management for paying maintenance fees and maintaining deposit accounts online.

System Operating Hours: 24 hours daily, 7 days per week.  While OEMS is available at all times for placing orders, the processing of these orders is dependent upon other systems as follows:

(1) OEMS core service hours are Monday through Sunday, 6:30 AM to 8:40 PM Eastern Time.
(2) Image Retrieval and delivery processing hours are M-F 6:30 AM to 8:40 PM.
(3)RAM payment processing is unavailable between Saturday 11:00 PM and Sunday 6:00 AM.

ECRS: Electronic Customer Registration System used to subscribe to mailing list for notifications of initiatives and lectronic documents such as the Annual Customer Satisfaction Report.
