August 12, 2004 at 6:00am EST. Notification of Phase I awards
winners will be made in October.
DARPA SBIR FY2004.2, STTR FY2004 and FY2004.1 Phase I awards winners will be
posted on the Internet when all contracts are in place.

proposals through the DoD Electronic Submission Site. PLEASE

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) actively supports a number of special assistance programs that
have been established to ensure equality in Federal procurements. These include the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program
and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program, These are managed by the Small Business Support Center within the
Contracts Management Office (CMO) at DARPA. Below are links to the latest
