Can States impose premiums or other cost-sharing charges on both the Ticket to Work employment groups?
  Question
Can States impose premiums or other cost-sharing charges on both Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvment Act working disabled groups?
  Answer
Yes. States have the discretion to impose premiums or other cost-sharing charges on a sliding scale based on income for individuals eligible under both eligibility groups. For individuals with annual adjusted gross income (as defined by the IRS) that exceeds $75,000, States are required to charge 100 percent of the premiums they may impose. However, States can subsidize the premium cost for these individuals, using State funds.
