Are the Ticket to Work legislation eligibility groups similar to any existing Medicaid eligibility groups?
  Question
Are the Ticket to Work legislation eligibility groups similar to any existing Medicaid eligibility groups?
  Answer
Yes. The Basic Coverage Group is similar to the group created by section 4733 of the Balanced Budget Act (BBA). A comparison of the eligibility group created under the BBA and the two groups created under Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Improvement Act (TWWIIA) is available on the Ticket to Work homepage. http://www.cms.hhs.gov/twwiia
