This technical brief, which is a joint effort between senior technical experts within the Navy and industry, is intended to provide assistance to Navy managers, designers and testers. It identifies best practices for management, design and test functions that will assist in reducing false alarms and improving the reliability of fielded Built-In-Test capabilities. This technical brief provides:
