2004)--Petty Officer 2nd Class Tim Manske prepares to remove a suspected
smuggler from a sinking smuggling boat as the Charleston, S.C. - based Gallatin
keeps lookout. The boat was stopped by Gallatin's embarked
MH-68 Sting Ray helicopter and was carrying 3,880 pounds of cocaine,
bringing the duos October total to nearly 8,000 pounds of cocaine and eight
