Close NTIS Deposit Account

Question: How do I close my NTIS deposit account for NLM payment?
Answer:

To close your institution's NTIS deposit account, contact Ellen Yates at NTIS, by phone at 703-605-6640 (toll free 800-423-9255), or by email at eyates@ntis.gov.

If the charges for a billing quarter exceed the balance in the NTIS deposit account, the institution will be billed for the difference by NTIS at the same time. Your library can pay the difference and then request to have your deposit account closed by contacting Ellen Yates at NTIS.
