Transfer NTIS Deposit Account

Question: Can I transfer my NTIS deposit account to my EFTS account?
Answer:

NTIS will not transfer an account balance to EFTS. Your institution can request to have its deposit account closed by contacting Ellen Yates at NTIS, by phone at 703-605-6640 (toll free 800-423-9255), or by email at eyates@ntis.gov.
