Customer Resource Information Center (CRIC) is an effort to keep you connected with DLA’s transformation efforts.

Over the past 5 years, DLA has been undergoing a tremendous transformation across the enterprise. The transformation has included the replacement of our supply systems with a new state-of-the-art supply-chain system that will connect business processes from supplier to customer. Our business processes are also being re-vamped to allow us to provide improved readiness and customer support. The new tools and capabilities provided by the transformation are exciting and will allow us to better collaborate with our customers and bring industry leading practices to the forefront of the Agency's business. Saying that a transformation of this magnitude brings about change in all areas of our business is an understatement.

** Several communications have been sent directing customers to contact the DLA Virtual Contact Center using an incorrect email address. The email address provided goes to one of our Contact centers, but not one that is 24/7. So please send emails to MagicTSD@dlis.dla.mil. Phone support remains available 24/7 by calling 1-877-DLA-CALL.

** DoD EMALL has been identified as the long-term replacement for WebCATS, WebCATS will continue to contain information for items in SAMMS until these items have migrated into BSM in September 2006 **
