- Plan, organize, and manage Marine Corps
worldwide wholesale & selected retail supply chain
management activities for ground weapon systems and
SECREPs.
- Provide worldwide integrated supply
chain and distribution management services to the
operating forces to maximize Marine Corps readiness and
sustainability.

- Manage Marine Corps wholesale ground weapon systems and
SECREP inventory to support FMF, SYSCOM (PMs), & other DoD Components &
Agencies
- Manage retail SECREP inventories held by the FMF
- Initial Issue Provisioning (IIP) attainment
- Manage 4th Echelon Maintenance through Centralized SECREP
Maintenance Management Department
- Wholesale storage & distribution of ground weapon systems
- Operate Fleet Support
- Manage Joint NBC Surveillance Program
- Manage Industrial Forecast Support (IFS) and Industrial
Prime Vendor (IPV)
- Manage War Reserve Program
- Provide Business Management Functions
