While electronic filing is strongly encouraged, you may still file some forms manually if Internet access is limited or unavailable to you. To obtain forms, you can:

• Download the forms from the FCC site.
• Request to have them mailed to you by calling 1-800-418-FORM (3676).
• Request to have forms faxed to you using the FCC's Fax-on-Demand service by calling (202) 418-0177 from the handset of any fax machine.
