Finding People at the FCC

Name to search for:

If you are looking for a specific person at the FCC, you can search for them here.

Download the FCC Phonebook

To do so, first download the zipped Phonebook file, pbver30.zip, and unzip it. The unzipped files include an alphabetic listing, fccpb.asc, a functional listing, funcpb.asc, an organizational listing, bluelist.asc, and an executable file, fccphone.exe. You can view the phonebook most conveniently by launching fccphone.exe as an application under Windows. Fccphone.exe only works in Windows. If you do not have Windows, you can simply load the unzipped *.asc files into your word processer and search the listings using your word processor's word search function. The zipped file pbver30.zip contains the following files:

fccpb.asc: FCC alphabetical listing of employees in ASCII text format.
funcpb.asc: FCC functional subject areas in ASCII text format.
bluelist.asc: FCC organizational listing in ASCII text format.
fccphone.exe: FCC Phonebook version 3.0 for Windows
pbhelp.hlp: Help file (Windows)
cmdialog.vbx: Dialogue box for Windows (Visual Basic)
vbrun300.dll: Visual Basic routine for Windows
