Effective Thursday, January 7, 2004 a revised on-line Form 703 will be in effect. This form now requires both the transferor and transferee to complete the filing.
Effective January 1, 2004, all applications for Experimental Radio Stations must be filed electronically. This applies to FCC Forms, 405, 442, 702, 703 and Application for Special Temporary Authority (STA). Paper versions of these forms will not be accepted unless accompanied by an appropriate request for waiver of the electronic filing requirement.
Forget to pay for your application or need a copy of the FCC Form 159? Select the Return to 159 link on the menu. Please note that this feature is available only if your application is not in a final status.
Credit card payment over the Web is available. This can be used for any type of submission, and is the preferred method of payment for short-turnaround STAs.
NOTE: Do not submit practice filings that are not intended for processing to this site. Practice filings may be submitted from the Experimental Licensing System test site
