Eligibility criteria
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be under the age of 22 years and have a disability, or you must be the parent or primary caregiver to a child under the age of 22 years who has a disability and you must allege to have been denied housing or financial assistance due to discrimination.

Description
Free, public special education is available in all states for children and youth with disabilities. Services are provided through the state's public school system.
