Privacy-Related Rules and Official Bankruptcy Form Changes
Effective December 1, 2003

Information regarding the new privacy-related Rules and Official Bankruptcy Form changes are available at the following website:

The Rule amendments will be effective December 1, 2003, and will govern all proceedings commenced in bankruptcy cases thereafter and, insofar as just and practicable, all proceedings then pending. Revised Official Bankruptcy Forms will be required when filing new cases on or after December 1, 2003.

.Declaration of Electronic Filing Updated 6/14/2004
The combined DECLARATION RE: ELECTRONIC FILING and B21 is to be filed with the Clerk after the bankruptcy petition has been filed electronically but, in any event, no later than 5 business days after the petition has been filed.
