Cooperative Resolution Program

The Cooperative Resolution Program (CRP) is the REE Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (ADR) which offers an opportunity for all employees to address issues as an alternative to the traditional complaint grievance systems available for resolving workplace issues. The CRP offers employees Mediation Services and Conflict Management Training. Mediation seeks to find a workable solution to the issue rather than focusing blame. Conflict Management Training provides an opportunity to sharpen skills in communication, active listening, understanding different working and conflict management styles. The CRP is preventative, resolving differences in a cooperative approach to build trust and respect in the workplace.
