For three years, the Mailing Industry Task Force – co-chaired by Pitney Bowes CEO Michael Critelli and Deputy Postmaster General John Nolan – has served the industry and the postal community as a catalyst for change and for growth. Since the publication of its 2001 report, “Seizing Opportunity”, the Task Force has brought together leaders from both the private sector and the Postal Service™ to collaborate on approaches and initiatives that address some of the most significant challenges facing today’s mail: making the mail channel more effective, introducing innovation, and stimulating both revenue and volume growth to support universal service.
On this page, you will find links to the Task Force’s original report and the research gathered in support of the report; to the Task Force progress reports that have been published in 2002 and 2003; and to other Task Force news releases and reports as they are issued.
