Fees

 Submitting Application Fees

Individual applicants and batch filers using ULS to file electronically remain subject to existing application fees, where applicable, under current FCC rules. This page provides support for submitting your application fees.

 Pay Fees

Pay Fees allow ULS users to submit wireless license fees online by credit card. Individual ULS applicants who have already submitted Form 159 applications earlier, but did not pay while filing, can use Pay Fees at a later date to pay their wireless license fees by credit card. For ULS users who submit a large volume of applications for wireless licenses using Electronic Batch Filing (EBF), Pay Fees enable you to pay your fees online by credit card and submit Form 159 applications simultaneously.

 Form 159 Support

Instructions for filing the FCC Form 159, "Remittance Advice", and FCC Form 159-C, (Continuation Sheet) are provided. The form must accompany any payment to the Federal Communications Commission (e.g., Regulatory Fees, Processing Fees, Auctions, Fines, Forfeitures, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Billings, or any other debt due to the FCC).

 Wireless Fee Filing Guide

Fee filing instructions are listed by Wireless service.
