Eligibility criteria
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must have been in military service, you or your parent must have served in Vietnam, and you or your family/household members must be facing the condition Spina Bifida.

Description
Spina bifida patients who are natural children of Vietnam veterans may be eligible for a monthly monetary allowance.
