Answering the Call Publications from AdoptUSKids
The Collaboration to AdoptUSKids has developed a series of resources to assist States and Tribes in recruiting foster and adoptive families for children in foster care. These tools encourage good practice regarding foster care and adoption recruitment.

National Resource Center for Foster Care and Permanency Planning - Foster Care Recruitment
Assists States in response to the Child and Family Services Reviews process by providing technical assistance and training including addressing the continuum of excellence in child welfare practice.

National Resource Center for Special Needs Adoption
Partners with States, Tribes, and other National Resource Centers to offer support in all phases of the Child and Family Services Reviews process, including analyzing adoption and permanency options.
