Instructions for obtaining a complete RFGP solicitation package

The following Requests For Grant Proposals (RFGPs) have been published in the Federal Register, and will remain on this site until the closing dates. This site is updated whenever an RFGP opens or closes. Please read each RFGP for the closing date and other information for proposal preparation. If you have questions, staff contact information may be found in the text of each RFGP.

NOTICE: May 04, 2004 - Change to Proposal Submission Instructions (PSI)Effective Immediately, the DS-2017 (Assistance Award Proposal Cover Sheet) should be REPLACED by SF-424 (Application for Federal Assistance). The PSI has been updated to include this form, and can be accessed through the Instructions link, or the PSI links on individual announcements.
