To download, extract and view the file(s), please follow the instructions below:
- Create a directory on your PC for the downloaded file.
- Click on the hypertext link for the zipped file, to start the download process.
- Select "save as file" (DO not select "open") when requested by your browser software and indicate the location where you wish to save the file, (i.e., disc, C:, etc.).
- Once the file is saved to your specified location, you must first extract the files it contains before you can view them. To do this, go to your "file manager" ("explore" in Windows 95), and locate the file. Double click on the file name to start the self-extraction process. When completed, there will be one or more additional files, located in the same directory as the original downloaded file.
- The files may be viewed using your word processing software, (e.g., Microsoft Word 97, WordPerfect version 8, etc.). Files ending with the "xls" extension may be viewed using Microsoft Excel version 5 or higher spreadsheet software.
