Eligibility criteria
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a Native American/American Indian of no more than moderate income and you or a family member must be enrolled in a federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaskan Native village.

Description
The WtW program serves certain welfare recipients, non-custodial parents, low-income custodial parents and youth who are former foster care recipients. The goal is to provide individuals with the transitional assistance they need to make the successful progression into lasting unsubsidized employment that provides opportunities for retention, advancement, and economic self-sufficiency. The program provides pre- and post-employment, transitional employment, job placement and supportive services through Federally-recognized Indian Tribes and Alaska Native regional nonprofit corporations.
