STATE MEDICAID MANUAL
The files below recreate a relatively complete version of the State Medicaid Manual. A few pages here and there that were never produced in Microsoft Word 97 format (e.g., certain charts, graphs, diagrams) could not be included. Otherwise, every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of these documents in electronic form. However, the paper version is considered the official version and takes precedence if any discrepancies occur.

NOTE: |
The files listed above are self-extracting ZIPPED files. ZIPPED files must be downloaded to your PC before they can be unzipped. This format saves disk space and time needed to download. The self-extracting ZIP file is an executable file with a .zip extension.
To download, extract and view the file(s), please follow the instructions below: |
- Click on the hypertext link for the self-extracting zipped file, to start the download process.
- Select "save as file" when requested by your browser software and indicate the location where you wish to save the file, (i.e., A:, C:, etc.).
- Once the file is saved to your specified location, you must first extract the files it contains before you can view them. To do this, go to your "file manager" ("explore" in Windows 95), and locate the file. Double click on the file name to start the self-extraction process. When completed, there will be one or more additional files, located in the same directory as the original downloaded file.
- The files may be viewed using your word processing software, (e.g., Microsoft Word 97, WordPerfect version 8, etc.). Files ending with the "xls" extension may be viewed using Microsoft Excel version 5 or higher spreadsheet software.
- If you have problems downloading or extracting the files, please call Tom Anzalone (410-786-0233).
