Anne Arundel County, Maryland — The Deparment of Health for Anne Arundel County,
Maryland has added a Spanish Language Line to its "Learn to Live" call center. From
1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Spanish-speaking residents can call 410-222-4479
to receive information on health services in Spanish. At other times, callers can leave messages.
The line offers free Spanish language kits for quitting smoking and preventing colorectal
cancer. Callers also can be connected to Health Department programs that provide medical
services for children and pregnant women, and dental clinics.
