The National Minority AIDS Council (NMAC) has high-quality PDFs of its new "Organizational Effectiveness Series"
available for downloading from its website.
"Organizational Effectiveness Series" is a collection of 14 technical assistance manuals geared to community-based
organizations; HIV prevention community planning groups; health departments; and other nonprofit organizations in
the United States and its territories. The series will be available in Spanish in 2004.
Produced by the Council's Technical Assistance, Training and Treatment Division, with funding from the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the series may be
used alone, or in conjunction with NMAC guidance and programs, such as the United States Conference on AIDS or the
KIC Regional Trainings.
Each volume in the series, listed below, is named after the element of the capacity-building experience it explores
in-depth, providing guidance and cutting-edge information:
Also available is the "HIV Prevention Community Planning" training manual.
Visit www.nmac.org, click on "Publications," then click on "TA Publications"
