Regional Offices, which serve all 50 states and Puerto Rico, are our eyes in the field -- keeping in close contact with local producers, grower groups, universities, and government agencies. These offices provide information on local:

 


Compliance Offices, which serve all 50 states and Puerto Rico, work to protect the integrity of the crop insurance program in the best interest of the insured and the American taxpayer. This is achieved through a sound system of review, analysis, and evaluation as to whether laws, policies, and procedures are being followed and administered correctly, and for the detection and prevention of crop insurance program abuse.

Our main compliance office can be contacted by:

  • writing the Deputy Administrator at STOP CODE 0806, Independence Ave., SW, Washington, DC, 20250-0806,
  • sending e-mail to RMA_Compliance@wdc.usda.gov, or
  • faxing the Deputy Administrator at (202) 690-3602.
