Navy Medical Lessons Learned System The Medical Lessons Learned (MLL) program has been developed by the Naval Operational Medicine Institute (NOMI) to collect information and observations about episodes of healthcare in operational environments. The MLL program provides a structured tool to assist healthcare providers in describing hidden opportunities and problems existing in the operational environments that they may encounter during Fleet and Forces exercises.

Navy Lessons Learned System. The Navy Lessons Learned System (NLLS) is the Navy's process for collecting and disseminating all Lessons Learned, Summary Reports, and Port Visit Reports from maritime operations. This includes lessons that identify problem areas, issues, or requirements and, if known, suggested corrections to those deficiencies. The NLLS provides information that applies directly to fleet operations.

Access to the NLLS database is limited to DoD federal employees, military and contract personnel who have a need for the information. Request for access can be made through e-mail.

Combined Automated Lessons Learned. The Combined Automated Lessons Learned (CALL) program is part of an interagency agreement between the Navy, Air Force and Federal Aviation Administration. This program gathers records and publishes technical engineering experiences from past and present programs and systems. These "Lessons Learned" are available free of charge and cover a wide spectrum from design engineering to safety.

Access is restricted to DoD federal employees, military, and contract personnel who have a need for the information. Other requests are handled on an individual basis.
