The American Liver Foundation (ALF) Drive Away Liver Disease program allows people to make a tax deductible donation of their used vehicles. The program provides a simple and efficient way of getting rid of a used vehicle. In addition to the benefit of making a charitable donation to the Foundation, there is no hassle of advertising, fixing and independently selling a vehicle.
