On December 3, 1992, Henry Eldon and Karen Lynn Stricker were indicted by a Los Angeles federal grand jury on 34 counts of mail fraud, wire fraud, interstate transportation of stolen property, false statements to a government agency and obstruction of justice. On August 23, 1994, arrest warrants were issued in Los Angeles, CA. On January 31, 1995 the Strickers failed to appear.
