interoperability certification. The STP monitors the complete life-cycle of Information Technology (IT)
and National Security Systems (NSS) from requirements/capabilities document status, to Interim Certificate
to Operate (ICTO), through test and evaluation, and culminating with joint interoperability certification
status. STP is available to .mil and .gov domains only. Registration for username and password is required.

About JITC Washington Operations
Division (JTC)
Formerly the Naval Telecommunications System Integration Center (NAVTELSYSIC), JITC
Washington Operations Division is located at the Naval
Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Indian Head, Maryland. Since Apr 8,
1993, when operational control of NAVTELSYSIC was transferred to JITC, the

JITC Washington Operations Division is one of the Test and Evaluation Divisions, a major

Washington Operations forms an East Coast arm of JITC whose mission is to
support the DOD’s C4I for the warfighter goals by providing test,
evaluation, assessment and certification services from an information
systems and messaging perspective. Customers include the Navy, DOD
Services and Agencies, the Joint Staff, CINCs, other federal non-DOD
Agencies, and foreign national governments. |
