The FY 2004 Information Resources Management (IRM) Strategic Plan defines the Agency's strategic information technology (IT) vision and strategy, consistent with the Agency's mission, goals, and objectives. It has been formulated to be a cornerstone of our investment strategy.

The content of the IRM Strategic Plan covers the time frame of fiscal years 2003-2009. It reflects planning decisions made in the integrated planning and budgeting process. Major initiatives supporting the President's Management Agenda, the Commissioner's priorities, our move to paperless processing, electronic folders and other technology development approaches are reflected in this document.

The IRM Strategic Plan will be published again in October 2004.
