The purpose of this page is to offer information to States, community-based organizations, children’s groups, and other interested parties regarding outreach for the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). EFFECTIVE OUTREACH STRATEGIES - Includes outreach approaches that work for States and other health programs. Methods may be adapted and utilized to reach uninsured children in your State. Also includes tools and guides to assist in outreach.
OUTREACH CONFERENCE REPORTS - Includes summaries and complete reports, where available, of various outreach conferences.
OFFICIAL CMS SCHIP OUTREACH GUIDANCE- Includes items such as Dear State Health Official letters, CMS guides, manual issuances, official reports, surveys, studies, and related policy issuances.
CMS OUTREACH CONTACTS - Includes a list of Regional Office and Central Office outreach contacts including phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
