How can the FRS enhance my everyday
life?
The FRS enables Federal employees
to conduct official duties and the general public to conduct business
with the Federal government and its agencies. The FRS broadens employment
and advancement opportunities for individuals who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing,
Deaf-Blind and/or have speech disabilities by ensuring them accessibility
to the Federal Telecommunications Systems (FTS). The FRS is more
than technology. It's what makes it possible for you to reach out
to government agencies, private vendors, service providers, customers,
and colleagues without giving it a second thought. Communication
is an important aspect of everyday life and the successful completion
of your relay call is important to us. Whether you're talking with
a vendor or closing an important business deal, you can look to
the FRS for the quality of service that makes communication effortless
and enriching.
