Mr. Twehues: "He is presently wanted for Conspiracy to Import Cocaine, Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, and Money Laundering."

Mr. Schiff: Twehues says Montoya is from Colombia and is armed and extremely dangerous...

Mr. Twehues: "Montoya is being added to the list because he is presently one of the most dangerous fugitives in this hemisphere."

Mr. Schiff: Twehues says Montoya's drug cartel has sent tons of cocaine to the United States and is very violent...

Mr. Twehues: "Montoya and his fellow traffickers in the North Valley Cartel rose to power through the extreme use of violence, intimidation and the corruption of public officials."
