School Lunch Programprovides
nutritious lunches and the opportunity to practice skills learned in classroom nutrition
education. This program also offers afterschool
snacks in sites that meet eligibility requirements.

Breakfast Programprovides
nutritious breakfasts to promote learning readiness and healthy eating behaviors.
Special
Milk Programoffers
milk to children who do not have access to other meal programs.
Team
Nutrition
provides schools
with nutrition education materials for children and families;
technical assistance materials for school food service
directors, managers, and staff; and materials to build school
and community support for healthy eating and physical
activity. State agency partners provide training and technical
assistance to support these programs in local schools.
