Legislative Update

Funding through the Institute of Museum and Library Services is a federal investment in children, families, workers, and seniors—an investment in learning. The agency was created by the Museum and Library Services Act of 1996. Funding is appropriated though the Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Service, Education and Related Agencies.
