FEMA Facts for Films (FFF) - Film Liaison Office

In recent years, creative personnel in the entertainment field have been increasingly interested in the inherent drama of natural disasters, and many screenwriters, producers, novelists and others have sought FEMA’s help and support to ensure accuracy in their portrayals.

To assist in maintaining accuracy, FEMA has compiled the following information. FEMA has offered support, including use of logos, clothing, exteriors and subject experts to entertainment projects in the past, based on a project-by-project determination and a review of the pre-production script.

The Film Liaison Office contact is Holly Harrington. Her number is (202) 646-2996.
