This is a case-insensitive search - e.g. SMITH is equivalent to smith.
You can search on partial names - i.e. entering ROB in the Last Name field
will return ROBERTS, ROBINSON, etc.
The same is true when searching on Credit Union Name -
partial names are allowed.
Searches on City require the exact city name.
When searching on State, use the two digit state code - VA, MD, DC, etc.
