OCSE will soon be issuing both the Section 1115 and Special Improvement Project (SIP) grant announcements. 

We will be conducting a conference call October 21, 2004, 2:00-3:30 EST on "Writing Grant Applications MADE EASY."

The material will cover the major differences between Section 1115 and Special Improvement Project (SIP) grant programs, key elements of the evaluation criteria, and advice on what to include and common mistakes to avoid.  It will not cover the details of the published announcement or discuss the specific priority areas.
