Arthur Flegenheimer, alias, Dutch Schultz was wanted in 1934 for Income Tax Evasion. He was a fugitive from justice. On October 23, 1935, Schultz and three associates were shot by rival gangsters in a Newark, New Jersey restaurant. Schultz's death started rival gang wars amongst the hoodlum and/or underworld gangs.
