civil rights law and contains contact information for asking questions,
getting additional help, or filing complaints.
Q. Does NCD provide
legal services, individual advocacy servcies, or assistance with
disability-related complaints?
A. No. NCD does not provide legal services, individual
advocacy services, or handle disability-related complaints. However,
federally-funded protection and advocacy systems in each state can
provide legal representation and assist people with disabilities

with Social Security complaints?
A. No. NCD does not provide individual advocacy services
or handle Social Security complaints or inquiries. However, NCD
