Alcohol and Tobacco Questions

Inquiries regarding alcohol and tobacco diversion should be sent to: eps@atf.gov

Questions relating to alcohol and tobacco permits, COLAs online, Federal Excise taxes and Special Occupational taxes along with general alcohol and tobacco statistics should be directed to the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau at their website: www.ttb.gov
