The Innovative Achievements Programs

The Innovative Achievements Program, established in 1996, is an agency-wide initiative to to build an ethic of customer service. The program has allowed MMS to reinvent and improve the entire organization’s policies, programs, and operational methods. Through the implementation of these Innovative Achievements, MMS has renewed its commitment to common sense government by delivering outstanding customer service, creating partnerships, and involving employees in problem solving.
