GovWorks is a Franchise Fund established by Congress and OMB to offer administrative services for procurement throughout Federal agencies. We are government working with government, helping decision makers from project inception to completion.

The GAO report 'Franchise Fund Pilot Review,' August 2003 is included here for your information. As Congress reauthorizes the Franchise Funds each year, an indepth study was conducted by GAO that discusses at length the validity of not only Franchise Funds, but explores further the intragovernmental revolving funds.
