Financial Statement

Click on the Sample Financial Statement link to download the document. As you can see from the sample, statements include all funding documents with the amounts used and remaining on each document. Statements also list all delivery orders and contracts awarded or modified by GovWorks, and the amounts obligated by each contractual action.
